The European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) has been updated. The new version is applicable as from 1 January 2017. It includes several changes concerning the transport and packaging of batteries, particularly lihium batteries classified UN 3480 and UN 3090, as well as the batteries transport in or with equipment, classified UN 3481 and UN 3091.
